In the summer of 2009 the Flying Lab Foundation hosted two get-togethers for friends and family of the Foundation.  Click the picture on the right to see more from both events. 

Once again the red, white, and blue fireworks were not the only display in the sky on the 4th of July.  With her brilliant patriotic paint scheme, the Flying Lab soared over the soggy onlookers at Grimes Field in her customary Independence Day flight.

The Flying Lab took part in two air shows in the month of July.  The first right here in Dayton, OH showing off the rich aviation heritage located right here in the heart of the country.

The big story for the Flying Lab this summer was certainly it’s debut at Airventure in Oshkosh, WI.  Often known as the worlds largest and greatest air show, the Flying Lab took a spot center stage to show off years of hard work and dedication.  It was, as they say, a marvelous success!
